Clinic Phlebotomy/Float Nurse – CMA, LPN, or RN – 2 Full Time Openings

Performs duties related to direct patient care under the supervision of physician, PA/NP and/or registered nurse.  Duties include, but are not limited to, phlebotomy, administration of medication and vaccine injections, providing treatments and procedures for patients presenting for nurse visits (Ex: suture removal, wound packing, EKG), assist primary care nurse/medical assistant with: preparing room for procedures, placing patients in examination rooms, ascertaining vital signs and pertinent medical history information, assisting providers as directed in patient examination and/or treatment, and participates in patient education.  Cleans and prepares instruments and stocks examination rooms.  Charts in the electronic health record. Also responsible for supply ordering and maintaining IRIS and immunization inventory.
