Performs duties related to direct patient care working with a Family Practice Provider & Specialty Provider. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing room for procedures, placing patients in examination rooms, ascertaining vital signs and pertinent medical history information, assisting providers as directed in patient examination and/or treatment, and participates in patient education. Cleans and prepares instruments and stocks examination rooms. Charts in the electronic health record. LPN/CMA/ staff will not be delegated any task beyond the scope of practice of their license or certificate.
Full Time – 80 hours per pay period

Shift: Tuesday – Friday w/ Saturday Rotation
