Vaccinations
Health Trust Physicians Clinic is no longer administering the COVID-19 vaccine (primary or booster doses). We encourage anyone who would like to receive their vaccination to contact the local public health department or your local pharmacy.

Masks are required for anyone experiencing any of the following symptoms:
– Fever/chills
– Cough
– Headache
– New loss of taste or smell
– Sore throat
– Shortness of breath/difficulty breather
– Fatigue
– Muscle/body aches
– Congestion/runny nose
– Nausea/vomiting
– Diarrhea
