About Lauren Crawford

Lauren is a certified physician assistant with specialized training in dermatology. She earned her undergraduate degree from Quincy University and her master’s degree from Stephens College. During PA school, Lauren completed a six-week rotation and a three-month fellowship with Iowa Dermatology Clinic and RC Dermatology and is currently enrolled in the SDPA Fellowship Program. Lauren’s background includes work as a CNA in assisted living and pediatric care, as well as experience as a dermatology medical assistant. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier skin through medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with a special interest in treating psoriasis and creating effective, personalized treatment plans. When she isn’t providing patient care, Lauren enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband and their two goldendoodles.
