Our employee health plan’s machine-readable files (MRFs) can be accessed here. These files include out-of-network allowed amounts and negotiated service rates between Wellmark and their contracted healthcare providers, as required by the Transparency in Coverage Rule.
These MRFs are intended for researchers, regulators and application developers, not for our employee health plan’s participants. For benefit and cost estimates, our employee health plan participants should use the estimator tool at www.mywellmark.com.
