Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Madison County Health Trust, Inc. is able to offer scholarships to students seeking higher education in the healthcare profession. Multiple scholarships will be granted with a minimum award of $1,000 to students enrolled in classes of the medical field. The deadline to apply is April 1st.

Please follow the link below to complete the scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Eligibility Requirements include:
• Must be a resident of Madison County, Iowa, or be enrolled in a school district within Madison County, Iowa.
• Have a declared major in a healthcare field with the intent of pursuing a degree in that field.
• Provide certification of acceptance and enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited medical/healthcare program

Former Scholarship Recipients
If you have previously been awarded a scholarship from the Madison County Health Trust Foundation, please follow the link below to complete the scholarship application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Eligibility Requirements include:
• Must have been a previous recipient of a Madison County Health Trust Foundation scholarship.
• Provide verification that you are still attending college, pursuing a degree in your chosen healthcare field.
• Provide current GPA / grades
