Public Notice: Construction Manager at Risk RFQ for Surgery Addition

Madison County Memorial Hospital is seeking statements of qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk for the planned Surgery Addition at 300 W Hutchings Street, Winterset, IA. The project includes an approximately 32,300-square-foot addition and approximately 2,160 square feet of renovation. Preliminary construction budget: $23,000,000. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2027 and be completed in 2029.
