How can Madison County Health Care System’s online scheduling help me manage my care?
This tool offers a secure, online way to schedule, view and organize your appointments. The appointments you schedule online depend on your provider, the type of health service and other factors.

How do I cancel and/or reschedule an appointment I scheduled online?
When you use our online scheduling tool, you will receive an email and/or text with details, including how to cancel. Please consult that email and/or text if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cannot locate the email, please call our office at (515) 462-2950 to cancel or reschedule.

Will I be able to schedule an appointment online for same-day care?
Depending on the provider’s availability, you might be able to schedule a same-day appointment. If there are no same-day appointments available, the online scheduling tool will find the next available appointment for you.

I checking in online, but now I cannot get there on time. Can I adjust my time online?
No. Unfortunately, you will need to cancel your appointment and reschedule by calling us at (515) 462-2950.

What type of health appointment can I schedule online?
You may schedule preventative wellness exams, med reviews, illness or injury visits,

How do I know if my provider uses online scheduling?
Currently, Dr. Jennifer Elkin is the only provider able to take appointments online. We do anticipate all of our Primary Care Providers to accept appointments scheduled online in the near future.

Will my personal health information be protected?
Yes. This is a secure website. We follow strict security policies and practices to protect your personal health information. And only you and your health care team will have access to your secure information.

Do I need to create an account in order to schedule an appointment online?
No. You do not need to create an account to schedule an appointment online. However, you will need to have an account if you need to modify, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
