Assists the Clinic Director with daily operations of the RHC Specialty Clinic and Rental Clinics. Works with the Chief Clinical Officer to oversee daily operations of Outpatient Hospital Clinics. Helps to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, cost-effective services. Assists with the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of specialty programs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with staff orientation, supervising RHC specialty clinics and assisting with patient care as needed. Acts as first point of contact for RHC specialty clinic staff to troubleshoot patient care issues. Responsible for completing monthly staff work schedules. Acts as back up to the Clinic Director as needed.
FT – 80 hrs per pay period
Mon-Fri: 7:45 am – 4:15 pm; may vary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, radiography program or medical assistant certification program
Licensure/certification: Medical Assistant certification from formal medical assistant program, current ARRT, LPN or RN license in Iowa.
Previous Work Experience: Previous medical assistant, ARRT, LPN, or RN experience working in a specialty medical office preferred. Clinical supervisory experience preferred
