Dr. Boulden was raised
in Southwest Iowa. After graduation from high school in Lennox, Iowa,
Doctor Boulden attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a
B.S. in pharmacy. He then attended and graduated from the University of
Iowa Medical School. Doctor Boulden spent 2 years in general surgery
residency at the medical college of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He
completed an Orthopaedic Residency Program at the University of
Nebraska in Omaha.
Doctor Boulden's special interests include spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities.
