What is rehabilitation?

Rehabilitation describes the process by which a patient is restored to a level of functioning that improves their health condition. Rehabilitation is comprised of three different disciplines.· Physical· Occupational· Speech Therapy

 

Who will help you?

Our rehabilitation department consists of licensed, expert, and experienced physical therapists and assistants, an occupational therapist, and a speech language pathologist.

 

Where are we located?

On the second floor of Madison County Memorial Hospital. We offer inpatient, outpatient, home care and home assessment services.(515) 462-5206 TDD (515) 462-5044

 

What hours do we offer rehabilitation services?

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Outpatients and Inpatients
Saturday-Sunday Therapists On call, as needed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most private insurance as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and workman's compensation insurance.

 



How can we help you?

We provide a continuum of comprehensive inpatient acute and skilled care, home health care, and outpatient services. With your physician's prescription, we accept most private insurances, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Workmen's Compensation.
