Madison County Memorial Hospital employs five technicians, including Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians. They perform more than two thousand CBCs (complete blood count) and fifteen thousand chemistry tests annually. Each tech can perform fifty-five different tests. 

Our lab can draw blood and perform tests (with a valid order) for doctors throughout the state. Results can be faxed to the ordering physicians. If a test is ordered that we do not run in-house, we will forward it to our certified reference laboratory.
