| Daniel MacAlpine, MD
Dr. MacAlpine is a native of the Chicago area and recently retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel. Most recently he and his family lived in Yokota, Japan where he served as the Medical Director for the Dermatology Element and Deputy Chief, Medical Staff for the 374th Medical Group. He received his undergraduate degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and his Medical Doctorate in 1995 from the University of Iowa. Dr. MacAlpine completed his internship and family practice residency at North Iowa Mercy Health Center in Mason City. He was then commissioned in the Air Force and was one of nine board certified family practice physicians at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Dr. MacAlpine entered and completed the dermatology residency program at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium based at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio Texas.
Dr. MacAlpine specializes in treating skin conditions such as: skin cancer, rashes, eczema, acne, skin tags, allergies, and psoriasis, as well as hair and nails.
