Marcia Hendricks, Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Hendricks received her registered nursing diploma from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in 1984. In 2005 she received her Masters in Health Care Administration from Des Moines University.
Mrs. Hendricks' professional experience includes: RN at Mercy Medical Center; Public Health Nurse for Madison County; Discharge Planning Nurse for Mercy Hospital Medical Center; Director of Nursing at Madison County Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Hendricks is President of the Winterset Rotary Club, Vice President of The Greater Madison County Community Foundation and serves on the boards of the Madison County Development Group and the Madison County Health Trust, Inc.

Rebekah Mitchell , Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Mitchell received her bachelor's degree in Business Management from Buena Vista College in 1989.
As CFO, she manages financial accounting, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, and audit preparation responsibilities.
Prior to joining Madison County Health Care System, Ms. Mitchell worked in the claims and audit departments at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa.
Ms. Mitchell is on the Advisory Committee for the Madison County Leadership Institute, which is affiliated with the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and on the Business Advisory Committee for the Winterset High School Vocational Tech Programs. Ms. Mitchell is also involved in the First Christian Church of Winterset.

Terry Simmons , Chief Nursing Officer
Mrs. Simmons received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Central Community College, Fort Dodge, in 1978.
Mrs. Simmons professional experience includes numerous years in critical care, earning her CCRN. She served in the VA system for 13 years in hospitals in several states. Prior to relocating to the Winterset area, she worked in an Emergency Department in Michigan.
Mrs. Simmons joined our team in 1999, working initially in the ED. The past four years she served as Quality Improvement Coordinator and accepted the CNO position in January 2004.
Mrs. Simmons is a volunteer in the Methodist Church Nursery. She participates in the Winterset Marching Huskies Band Boosters program and The Wrestling Boosters at Winterset Schools. She also serves on The Community Education Foundation and on the Board of Crossroads Mental Health Center.

Jennifer Hannon, PHR, Human Resource Director
Mrs. Jennifer Hannon, PHR received her bachelors degree in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Northern Iowa in 1997 and her masters degree in Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University in 2004. She became PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified in July of 2010 through the HR Certification Institute. She is a member of the national and state levels of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the Iowa Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
As Human Resource Director, she manages all aspects of the hospitals personnel activities including recruitment, salary and benefit administration, and employee relations. She is also in charge of Wellness for the employees.
Prior to joining Madison County Health Care System, Mrs. Hannon worked in Human Resources and Employee Relations for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Mrs. Hannon was a member of the inaugural class for the Madison County Leadership Institute and graduated in April 2008. She now serves on the Leadership Institute Advisory Board. She is active at First Baptist Church and is also a Lifetime Weight Watchers member.

Chris Nolte, Director, Public Relations and Development Mr. Nolte received his degree in Mass Communications from Grand View College in Des Moines. He is a member of the Iowa Society for HealthcareMarketing and Public Relations and the Foundation Professionals for Iowa Hospitals.
Mr. Nolte previously worked in similar capacity for approximately 10 years with Grinnell Regional Medical Center in Grinnell, Iowa. He also worked in the Economic Development and Chamber of Commerce field for approximately 15 years in a number of communities.
Most recently Mr. Nolte was Executive Director of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and Development Group. He joined the Madison County Health Care System staff in April, 2007.
Mr. Nolte is President of the Madison County Community of Promise Coalition, President of the Husky Voices Booster Club, board member of the John Wayne Birthplace Society, Secretary of The Greater Madison County Community Foundation, and a member of the Board of the Madison County Development Group. He is a member of the Winterset Lions Club and active in Faith Lutheran (LC-MS) Church of Winterset.
