The Giving tree is located near the main entrance on the lower level of the hospital.  It was established in honor of Dr. John and Mrs. Hazel Evans.  Dr. Evans served the residents of the area while on staff at Madison County Memorial Hospital from 1953-1975.

Donations will be recognized with the name of the donor engraved on either a leaf or one of the stones.
                     $500-$999 - Leaf of the tree
                     $1,000-$4,999 - Small storne at the base of the tree
                     $5,000- up - Large stone at the base of the tree
